The room was clean and adequate. Hallway a bit / fairly smelly tbh. Staff was nice, but the shuttle service infrequent. On the hour after 6am and only every other hour before that. Epic food truck nearby tho! Yummy

Everything was good overall, but the night we checked in, someone tried to open our door around 3 am. Before that, I heard loud footsteps and someone bumping our door, trying to open it like they were really trying to get in but didn’t. My boyfriend had made sure to lock both locks before we went to sleep. When I heard it, I woke him up, and he noticed that one of the locks was somehow unlocked. I felt really unsafe and couldn’t sleep after that. We didn’t call the staff at the time because I was scared and told him to wait until the next morning, and he told the staff about the situation then.

Seattle Sojourn !!

The young lady at the counter was very pleasant and professional in manner. The experience was swift and pleasant. The room was clean, bright (window looking out to the courtyard) and quiet in the evening. The mattress was very comfortable which made for a good night's sleep. I was quite pleased with the location to the city and the surrounding area had plenty of choices for breakfast and dinner. The price was another bonus, as the prices in the city center were beyond reach.

The hotel is very neglected and very dirty both the exterior and the interior of the rooms the walls were stained like blood or some red food the sheets were full of very dirty dog ​​hair and a lot of homeless people stay there and it feels very dangerous. I only stayed one night because of an early flight but I think it was a bad choice and most importantly be careful when checking out and ask for your final receipt because later they make extra charges. They made an extra charge to my card and I don't know why if the room didn't suffer any damage or anything like that and I try to contact them and they never answer that's why I recommend that you ask for your receipt if not they are going to steal money from you like they did to me.

Room and bed were great especially for the price. Clean, tidy, everything in it's place and working week. The hallways outside the room and the general areas are run down ... Average for a motel This stay was an excellent value and I will stay again a similar situation.

Motel is fine and the desk staff was fantastic, but the building is exceptionally noisy. Vehicle noise from the road, little sound insulation so you can hear the neighbors across and upstairs, and a subculture that came in at 2:30 a.m. with little regard for anyone sleeping.

Tried several times to reach the hotel to arrange airport transportation. No answer. Finally got through at 130 am and had to wait an hour for the shuttle. I understand that shuttles run on a schedule, but that schedule needs to be published so people can plan accordingly. Staff was friendly once we got there, but getting customer service over the phone was impossible.
