The staff are all so incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always hot and catered to a broad audience. Great coffee but thats Bali i guess. Room clean and cool. Beautiful grounds. I would stay sgain for sure

This hotel was fabulous. The staff were friendly and always there to help. The included breakfast was well worth it. There were two pool tables and a great infinity pool that was open till 1 AM. Our room was large with a big bed that was just a little hard. My only complaint would be the non stop techno music that never stopped in the lobby, restaurants and pool. After a while it became irritating. That said we would highly recommend this hotel
