真心的評價

一間四星酒店，很大的健身房，設備也齊全。而浴室鏡有發熱裝置，也很體貼。但畢竟酒店比較舊，房內裝修家私已經過時及損壞，（但酒店大堂很吸引），基本星級酒店嘅冰都沒有，而最大問題就是被鋪和毛巾都干不透，而床頭也沒有電源，而電視節目都不是數碼廣播。（比人感覺店主再不想投資。）以六百幾這個價銭我有好多選擇，（例如彭年，單楓白露都比它便宜但設備比它好）。如沒改善應該不會再來了。

想像以上に立派なホテルでした。部屋も広く、大きな机があったのがうれしかったです。 禁煙ルームをお願いしたところきちんと禁煙ルームを確保いただけました。 部屋にバスタブが無かったことは残念でしたが、総じて満足です。 問題のあったのは以下の3点です。 ・クーラーの温度設定を高く(25度)したが、実際の温度は低いまま(21度)で設定変更が反映されない様でした。 ・部屋のセーフティボックスが(接触不良のためか)正常にロックできず、誤動作への怖さから使用しませんでした。 ・バスルームにやや下水のような臭いがありました。

酒店位置方便，值得入住。

酒店位置方便，皇岡村站D出口，即到達酒店。酒店對面是水圍村，這裏食店林立，酒店旁都有食街，食這方面不成問題。酒店房間清潔可以。這次是本人第一次入住，未來有機會都會繼續入住。

不值４.5星级酒店

我是選三人入住，但提供一間吸煙房，及一份早餐。我入住當天已更改房間並補加二份早餐補。 房內的所有用具都不足，此乎沒有三人入住的準備。欠拖鞋，牙刷套裝。想勉强使用淋浴液但份量很可足， 室内的清潔很－般，傢俬多有破相的痕跡但沒有修補，行動電話充電又失靈 睡枕太軟不舒適，晚上的泠氣未能調校，有些熱，一部空氣過慮機發出的風聲很嘈。 很不明我住８１５室，早上七時已有人敲擊，持續二小時。我太太要投訴，我因已起床就作罷，我可不相信是客人做成，除非有精神問題。而旅遊的查询亦未能提供於房內，而大堂的服務員亦未能提供小册子有関附近及深圳的景点或地圌。失望！
