Front desk personnel was helpful and nice. Room was basic, clean and satisfactory but the pool was freezing cold and the hot tub dirty. Was told pool is not heated and manybpeople do a cold dip in winter. Breakfast was relatively good and fresh.

The beds were comfortable. The staff was nice. The breakfast was amazing. The hot tub and pool were freezing cold the whole day so we were unable to use them. We went to the workout room and it had a weird smell to it so we were unable to use that as well.

Staff was helpful trying to get the TV working. The remote wasn't programed for the TV of our room and we couldn't make it select channels. The desk clerk tried to find one that would work but after trying 5 we just gave up. The room was clean and bed was comfortable.
