Nice quiet modern hotel with comfortable rooms and a good bed. You'll want to be in a vehicle to stay here though.. while the hotel is in Frankton it's quite a long walk to the major Five Mile Shopping Centre and Remarkable Park hubs as well as the airport.
Be aware of the very limited free onsite parking though. I didn't have an issue while staying during the off-season, but as there's only a small number of onsite carparks for hotel guests (the majority around the building are for the permanent residential units), once they're gone you have to go around the block for pricey paid parking.
