We did not go on the trip and stay at the Hampton Inn Hadley-Amherst for two reasons: one, when we booked the reservation, the dates somehow got messed up; and two, 3 out of 4 in our party were dreadfully sick. But when we tried to cancel, we ran into obstacles at every turn.

Very well maintained property and helpful staff. in a nice quite area, yet close to anything you'd need. Only downside is that the rooms are very dated and could use an upgrade but everything is well maintained and very clean
