The beds in room 306, were so bad, the mattresses had large worn in indentions and when you laid in them you voukd acyually feel the bottom. The sink was draining suuuper slowly, and the shower water was only luke warm the first morning. The heater fan clanked all night.

Friendly staff, clean room. Quiet. We stayed one night due to the big snow storm. Everything was fine. The only thing was that early in the morning we need to go to the hospital for surgery but there was huge amount of snow in front of our car. The people who were shoveling snow wouldn’t help us. What we asked them to do was still part of the parking lot. Anyway, luckily we brought our own shovels…

Staff were great, all were exceptional,,, from the desk staff to the woman working the breakfast area. Everyone was so nice. Room was clean, hotel was clean. The only issue I had was the lack of hot water in the shower. It was Luke warm at best.

Booked a room that said it had hand held shower head and safely bars. It was a fixed shower head and there was 1 safety bar in tub area behind the toilet area. If you’re getting in and out of the tub it is useless. Also had no not water when taking a shower around 9 pm. Awoken between 10-11 pm with kids running down hall knocking on doors. (I know out of their control)
