Home Truths

IMPORTANT NOTE ON ACCESS: The keys for this property are only able to be collected and dropped off between the hours of 6am and 10pm (subject to your agreed upon check-in time). The key pick up location is a 6 minute walk or 4 min drive away from the property.

If you are unable to collect/drop off the keys within this timeframe there will be no refund or compensation by L'Abode Accommodation. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for not allowing this to impact your star rating, as we have provided this information in advance.




The neighbourhood


All of the famous Sydney sights are on your doorstep. The opera house, harbour bridge and endless shopping streets are at your fingertips!
Take the short walk to explore Chinatown for some authentic food and a buzzing international vibe.
For longer days out, take an easy day trip to the coast, via public transport. Bondi Beach is a great trip, with bohemian cafes and surfer vibes.
Founded in 1935 on the sandhills of North Bondi, this golf course has to be seen to be believed. Boasting amazing views over Bondi Beach, this is a must-see for any avid golfer.


There are great public transport links around this property, and we recommend a number of car-sharing apps such as Uber and Taxify.

Maintenance & Booking Policy Note:

We are committed to providing efficient maintenance services. However, please be aware that we can only attend to maintenance issues during regular work hours. Callouts cannot be confirmed on weekends (Fridays 4 pm - Monday 10 am) and public holidays, as well as outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am, Monday-Friday). We understand the importance of prompt repairs and will respond to all requests within 24 hours, arranging tradespeople during work hours.

Our deposit policy requires a 50% payment at the time of booking, and credit card transactions will have a non-refundable fee of 3.5%.

The security bond will only be held through pre-authorization 1-2 days before arrival. Depending on the property's size, this pre-authorization hold will range from $500 to $2,000 and is required 1 day prior to arrival. Selected properties may request guests' IDs for verification.

To avoid credit card fees, guests can opt for bank transfers for payment. Please inform the host in advance if you will use this payment method.
