My only critisism is ,there should be a handrail on the steps of the unit where there is more than one upward step. . I found that I need3d to use both hands to haul myself, carrying a bag or bags impossible. . The security door needs a stopper to prevent it slamming open. Apart from those two issues I would most certainly.highly reccommend Ingenia.Holidays Vineyard .
