Definitely was expecting more. Our first room the beds were broken and the head of the bed was significantly lower then the foot so we immediately went for another room. The carpets are very stained. There was no hot water in our room which I advised front desk and the man told me just let it run for 20 minutes. Which didn’t work. The man who is “in charge “ of the pool /arcade area is very questionable. There are two signs in the pool area one which says no one under 14 in the hot tub and a sign right next to it which says anyone under 14 and older then 5 should be accompanied by an adult. So when he yelled at several kids I went to front desk and questioned them on their signs to which they had no answer. I would not stay there again. For a few more dollars there are a lot of other places near by. The lady at the front desk when we check in was great. Just can’t say much else about the stay.

Room was very well appointed and the suite we stayed in was well worth the extra charge.Staff were very friendly and complimentary breakfast had lots of choices.Beds were very comfortable.The only negative issue was the bathroom fans(we had two bathrooms in our suite)were quite clogged with dust and dirt.Both could use a deep clean.

My only complaint with the hotel is the water system as well as not having readily accessible drinking water. Taking a shower was a bit tedious whether it was in the hotel room or shower as the water didn’t want to get warm. At our hotel room it took 5 mins to get warm (not hot) and the temperature was flipped

Required a crib for our stay and this location did not have any. There was only 2 pillows in the room for 3 people, no extra bedding for the pull out sofa. Had to request extra towels as there wasn’t enough in the room. Breakfast was terrible and walls are paper thin. Some areas are renovated but mostly the place is old and smelled gross.

Dated, loud hotel

This is in a great location, but it’s definitely a dated hotel. The carpets are stained, wallpaper peeling and falling off the walls and the hot tub shut out of order. The staff was all very friendly but we had kids running by our door until 130am no matter how much we or our neighbours complained. There should be a set quiet time and someone to enforce it. Probably wouldn’t stay again as you want a vacation to be restful.
