I was given a room around 3:30. Went to the room and took a shower. When I walked out of the bath room there was 2 people walking into my room. They were given the same room and their key worked for my door. Lucky I wasn’t naked. I was pissed. I called the front desk and they moved the couple to a different room and gave me new card key for my room. I was woken up the next morning to super loud staff cleaning rooms. This was at 7:45am. And they didn’t stop until I left which was 9am. They were yelling to each other between rooms and down the hall. I would have loved to have a couple more hours of sleep before I left this place. I will never return to this place.

AVOID 100% - I want to give a fair assessment here, families and guests absolutely stay away from this hotel, it is filthy beyond anything I’ve seen. We got a refund and left. The fair assessment would be that staff doesn’t always get the resources they need to keep a place in proper condition and they refunded me promptly, it’s not their fault. Owner needs to seriously assess what is going on at this place and put money into upgrading and cleaning.

This property is obviously old and in need of much repair and updating. Everything rusty in bathrooms and stains throughout all carpeting hallways and rooms. Broken tiles in the bathroom. Dirt along the walls on the carpet. Good debris on the table and the dresser. Pillows were very soft and lumpy. Very disappointed

Despite my name, this is my first bad review and feel free to check out my photos to "get it." So I read the reviews for this place and thought some folks were just complainers or perhaps had very high expectations for the price. I should have paid better attention to the details. This hotel was FILTHY. Upond arrival, I took pictures of our room because they charged a $250 deposit in addittion to the 200 plus for the room. There was nothing in our room worth 250. I was scary gross with stains on absolutely everything. There was pizza on the wall, white stains (take your guess) on the carpet, the window was so gross you could not see through it. I will not get into the current state of the pool, or the hot tub which is advertised but out of order. Feel bad for the staff there, they had zero response to our comment that our room was dirty. We did not ask to be moved as it was very busy, we just slept and got out of there.

Terrible hotel, avoid

Power went out using hair dryer. Washroom and main door wasnt closing until forcefully closed. Washroom was untidy. Pillow covers didnt cover pillow, was given a cushion instead of pillow. No extra pillows available.
