We stayed in a room in the pub. My understanding is that there are also rooms in a separate building. The pub building itself is beautiful and historic. Don't expect modern comforts like a tv, but we did not miss those at all (preferred not to have them in fact). I would not recommend staying in the pub building on a weekend night if you need to sleep early. If you are keen on a couple of drinks and staying up until midnight or so, then there is no problem. At least on the Friday and Saturday we stayed there it was fairly noisy until pub closing time, and the noise carries into the room through the floor. We had some miscommunication with the staff regarding our stay, but our complaints were taken seriously and all was resolved well in the end. So overall, we had a nice stay, although we got a bit less sleep than we were expecting.
