The staff on check in was lovely man. We did not receive a working keycard as the system was down. The location was great and the bed very comfy however the hotel really needs a refresh with very outdated rooms and torn and worn carpet in the lobby. I thought it was too expensive after staying there. But that's Sydney I guess!

This property is cheap and that's all it has going for it. Had to stay twice as pre & post trip accommodation was locked in with no refund possible. On both occasions the allocated rooms were badly in need of maintenance. Will never book this property again.
