I booked a business suite for a week
Even though advertised to have a desk, there was none (having to do client calls sitting on the bed) when questioned the hotel manager blamed the booking engine for saying that room even though it is advertised with a desk, this is not actually correct and it only came with a chair. There was also no chair too.
The room was so small, the only place to put my luggage was on the bed and there was not even glasses to have a glass of water.
The drainage in the bathroom was so loud and smelly that even after covering with wet towels the sound and smell ment that I was woken through out the night.
After calling the manager to my room, they offered me ear plugs…. Thank you I guess
On check out I shared with the manager who suggested to give a discount on a future booking. I found this a poor solution and the experience is below the standard I would expect.
