Room service dinner arrived without cutlery , some of the lights did not work .
I prepaid breakfast and was invited at check-in to come to breakfast the next morning .
I entered the buffet breakfast area made coffee and a plate of breakfast , a staff member then in a loud voice so others could hear ….. ‘ you can’t just walk in here and help yourself to breakfast without pre booking and paying … I explained I had paid , she continued in a loud voice ‘what room are you in ‘I have my room number , she replied ‘ no you have not paid , finish your breakfast and I’ll speak to your after … I was humiliated ! I went back to my room and produced my booking document which proved my payment . No apology was offered ! Very humiliating !!
