I was impressed the hotel accommodated my requests at booking and made my stay very comfortable for my asthma. The room and the floor assigned was very quiet. The temperature controls worked very well and the staff was very helpful if I had any inquiries and needed translation.

Assigned the lowest floor despite being a platinum member. The street noise is audible. Impractical room layout, I don't know why is the wardrobe in the bathroom? When you open the wardrobe door, the bathroom is closed ( sharing a door). How does one pack their luggage?? Please just provide a luggage rack at living area. Vanity area is too dim, unable to do makeup. Consider placing a portable mirror on the desk outside. Bedding is quite comfortable. Hotel is 1-2min walk to the subway, but there isn't any attraction/ interesting shop nearby.

An excellent modern and unique hotel. The rooms were big and clean, with a comfortable bed. The complimentary mini bar added a nice addition to the stay. The staff were always friendly and greeted you as you walked through the door. The hotel was situated in a nice area too. I would definitely come back to stay here
