A wonderful location, close to Yong Kang street with lots of places to eat and shop. The reception staff are attentive, greeting us every time we left and returned to the hotel and ensuring a taxi was available and on time when requested. The cleaning staff were very warm and caring, letting us know about the weather and reminding us to dress warmly in wet and cold rainy weather.

Little Gem
I stayed in Rm 1202. I should keep it a secret: it's pretty with a great view of the park. The front desk staff are so friendly and Housekeeping is very efficient. I broke a drinking glass in the bathroom one night, and Housekeeping immediately came and after making sure I wasn't hurt, swept and vacuumed the entire bathroom. I like the complimentary snacks, tea, and water. But please bring back breakfast!
