Good value for a lakefront property with clean room, balcony, and a kitchenette with Nespresso machine. The spa in the open plan bedroom is a cool feature. Will be happy to come back again.

I will rate 0 for the cleanliness of the property. Bedsheets were disgusting, no one cleared the rubbish bins from the bathroom. No one made beds from the kids bed. Not happy with the cleanliness.

Overall it was good. A couple of things detracted slightly. One was spots of sauce on the wall beside the dining table when we arrived. Another is lack of bench or cupboard storage space in the bathroom. Also very little towel hanging. We are asked to assist in reducing impact of washing towels by re-using them but nowhere to hang them to dry and no heated towel rails.

Room with a view

Spacious, comfortable unit, though sofa and carpet looked a bit tired. Nice to have a comfy seat for watching tv or looking at the view. Staff pleasant and helpful. Good sized thermal pool for soaking (not swimming). Lakefront location is terrific and patio area is a nice place to sit and look across lake. Cafe close by for coffees too.

Wonderful views right on the shore of the lake sunset across the water was magical. Difficult to find the entrance from main road could have better signage. Enjoyed the thermal pool. Could not fault the facilities in the unit.

This was one of our favorite stops. We loved our room looking out over the lake and appreciated the jacuzzi tub after doing the Tongariro Crossing hike. The room was clean and was a short drive to shopping and restaurants.
