Room booked via wotif said twin room with double bed but the room was twin single beds and 2 adt and 1 10 yr old child cant fit in 2 single beds…. Was nice of the hotel to offer roll out bed…. The hallways are mazes, you have to go thru many doors. We had to walk the length of football field to get to our door. No help with baggage. No amenities other than slippers. Parking is down a hill with a narrow walkway. Weird property. Stay was meh. It was quiet though.

Well below the Hilton brand standards, hairs from previous guests still on the wall of the shower room. Due to the shower curtain the entire bathroom floor gets flooded so no one can use the toilet with getting their pants wet. Non private balcony and the list goes on and on

Very comfortable Hotel, bed was comfy with nice linen and great towels in the bathroom and nice underfloor heating in the bathroom also. Food in the restaurant was delicious. And we had a nice view out towards the Lake.

Parking and checkin was a shambles. When I arrived at 7:30pm all the free guest parking was full, and there was inadquate space in front of reception for check in aprking as well. Having to pay an extra $25 for secured parking was an unwelcome surprise. The room was fine - comfortable bed, large clean bathroom - but breakfast was another disappointment.
