Room service only until 9pm doesn’t suit travellers, scuffed surfaces and general maintenance required, evidence of water leak or mould on ceiling room 423, someone else’s hair in the bathroom on the floor, no ability to cool the room. No cups to have a morning beverage.

The hotel and room were really nice, the design is funky and eclectic. I liked the room , very spacious, good amenities and the interior design but if not into this style it may be a little overwhelming

Clean, modern and comfortable.

Convenient to Lambton Quay

Location excellent. Room spacious. However the room is cold in winter with a very small heater. No electric blankets on beds in bedroom, only one on bed in lounge!
