Hotels with Free Airport Shuttle in Theater District

It's been a marvellous stay! It was my first visit to New York, a 7-night stay. The hotel is in an excellent location, and all main attractions can be easily reached on foot. At first, I was terrified by the negative reviews. However, the communication with the reception desk before coming and during my stay was always fast, smooth, clear, and very friendly. The check-in and check-out were fast and efficient, very pleasant. I arrived at 8 pm and was the first in the line. If I had any questions, I met the reception team between 6 and 7 am to avoid the long lines. I particularly liked that we had a Starbucks cafe in the building, and I could get everything I wanted for breakfast there. It was truly heart-warming to see smiling Eddie and Casey at Starbucks almost every day, and have a little chat about the city and its history. Other people working there were also super friendly, welcoming, and professional. I'd like to thank Amanda from the reception team for allowing me to use her umbrella for the whole day. One can say that the building is rather old despite all the efforts to keep it modern (like the super-fast elevators) and clean, but I found it charming and enjoyed thinking about its long history. Altogether, I loved my stay at the Sheraton, and I'd like to come back. I would love to make it an annual tradition, and I highly recommend it to others, but please take into consideration that it is a tremendous job to keep it all running smoothly and efficiently as it is.

Convenient location. We were placed on a handicap room which we did not request. The shower wa very inconvenient because there is no way to contain the water. Very poor design. No working outlet to plug in the hairdrier in the bathroom and no shelf to place toiletries.

Great experience loved the location of the hotel in Times Square was accessible to sights and shopping that we came for. My mother and sister enjoyed very much our girls trip!!!
