No one came to clean my room, they just gave me towels. I had to go to the front desk to ask for wash clothes and when they delivered them they had an attitude. Then my toilet clogged and they had no maintenance on the property to fix it so it remained that way for our whole stay. They never even bothered to offer to move us to a new room.

We returned to our room around midnight one night and found that housekeeping had not replenished towels or the complimentary toiletries (face lingettes) so we had to go down to the front desk to get them ourselves. In addition, we did not notice until the next morning that the coffee and cups also had not been restocked.
