The room was small- as expected. Breakfast was down the street at a Dennys. I returned for my luggage 20 min before needing to leave for the airport and they wouldn’t let me sit on the lobby. I had to sit outside on the ground - as a 50 yr old lady, I find that ridiculous.

We had a clean, compact room with storage under-bed and a headboard big enough for charging phones overnight, setting eyeglasses and/or water bottles. The double bed was comfortable for a couple. Bathroom was well stocked with toiletries. Good room if you need an efficient place to rest between your local tourism and visits. Breakfast at the nearby Denny's was easy to use, good quality 'western' breakfast. Price was great for being close to Tokyo Station and other line stations. We walked with our luggage from Tokyo Station, grabbed a Go Taxi to get back for our next destination. Would recommend to friends as a good start to learn more about Japan. Excellent economy, easy on the travel budget.

Ok, but don’t get the breakfast!

I was annoyed to find out that the breakfast want at the hotel but a coupon for a Denny’s nearby. I couldn’t get a refund because I made the reservation with this site. Waste of Money. Laundry was good. One machine only but it was free. I used my phone on an app for it very convenient . I think the drier wasn’t working properly it took three cycles and only on the third it was warm.

The property was close to the station and it was very clean. The entire hotel was very pleasant to be in and was close to all amenities needed (food, personal items, etc) Enjoyed the layout of the room and the little touches that APA has to make it known that you’re at their hotels. (Master controls at bedside, under bed lights, etc.) Will definitely be staying here again !
