I booked and paid for a room for 4 people. However when we got to checkin we were told that we need to pay an extra 85,000 yen for the extra two people. When we complained that our booking already covered 4 people they told us that we either pay the amount or they would cancel the booking. Totally unprofessional, even-though the error due to a cockup between the hotel and Wotif.
