The location is convenient, being close to the JR station, and the room is clean. The staff is extremely helpful; we initially reserved a room for three people with three beds, but we requested two beds instead They arranged a deluxe twin room for us, and their service was excellent.

The room and facilities were clean, and the location was close to subway and train stations. We had a triple room, which was very tight. The bathroom offered all conveniences but was also tight. Overall, the room met our needs but was tight by North American standards. Their breakfast option was just okay and was the same each of our 4 days. The front desk staff was wonderful and was able to provide transportation details when needed. Overall stay was great.

Cozy spotless room with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Hotel Kazusaya is located in a nice quiet neighborhood but still close to attractions like Senso-ji Temple and the Imperial Palace. We would definitely stay here again!
