Not happy with the noise and bed size. Too much light in the room. Beds sizes were short in both length and breadth. Have a soar back. Counted every hour to check out.

Amazing location literally next to Shiomi station with easy and quick access to Disneyland and Disneysea. Few restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Couldn’t ask for more.

The hotel had decent bed, but the breakfast (same bento every day)was terrible. Also, it was not adequately clean and the laundry+drying was expensive. It had low price but not low enough to justify the bad outcome. There are cheaper hotels with better service.

High marks for a budget hotel

The single room was small, but comfortable for one person. Would be very cozy for two people. Very clean. The bed and bedding was much softer than many other budget hotels I've stayed at. Convenient access from JR local train (used JR East pass from Tokyo). 10-15 to DisneyLand/DisneySea. No breakfast, but has several restaraunts and a grocery store nearby.

出張で利用。出入り口の狭さに驚き。ホテル前に駐車場を利用したが、提携ではないとのことで割引は無し。チェックインはタイミング良くすぐ行えたが、待てるようなスペースは無し。部屋は少し古い感じもしたが、レンジがある。ケトルもあったが、コーヒーなどが無くて残念。近くにコンビニあり。朝、フロントに朝食券を持って行くと、駅弁のようなおにぎり弁当とお茶がもらえる。(朝6時から) 2階に自販機と洗濯機と乾燥機あり。最低限のものがあり、とにかく安く泊まりたければお勧め。
