Staff were very polite and helpful. They spoke great English and were very accommodating. The amenities were very nice and convenient. The location is very good and close to different interesting points of interest. It is also in a quiet area. Public transportation is a close walk.

It is slightly far from the Ueno skyliner station and around 10 minutes walk to the Ueno metro station. Make sure to select the number of guests for the room as it will affect the pricing, and thus was charged extra on the spot. The extra guest was provided bedding at the counter and a thin blanket similar to the ones on the plane. I enjoyed having the laundry/dryer. Take note that it takes at least 3 to 4 hours for the laundry to dry. Overall, it was clean and the kitchen was fully equipped with microwave, oven and stove.

The room is clean and spacious. The bathroom is also spacious. The staff is friendly. The only downside for us is the location because there’s not much family friendly restaurants nearby.

Having a kitchenette and a washer/dryer are a life saver! The rooms are spacious and the staff is extremely helpful! It’s my second time at this location and 3rd time using Monday Apartments! When I return to Japan this will be my “go to”!

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the room we had was tiny for the 5 of us, we didn’t even have the room to open our luggages. The other thing that annoyed me was the tv, broadcasting Japanese only programs. One or two English speaking channels would be very much appreciated. The staff was helpful and nice.

The rooms are clean but that’s about it. No coffee machine in the rooms. The air conditioning doesn’t work properly . Very hot in the room when it’s 34degC outside. There is no hot water in the shower. Can’t adjust the thermostat in the shower. Only luke warm water coming. I guess this is their way to cool down their cutomers. Do not stay their. .

Very clean, quiet, all staff were very helpful, nearest station is walkable (Shin-Okachimachi), front desk has free drinking water. Luggage storage is available for free which came in handy coz our flight was in the evening and it gave us an opportunity to roam around without our luggage. I would book again!
