Very clean and convinent to food ootions within the outer airport. Staff were welcoming upon arrival amd directed you towards the kiosk. Very seamless check-in procedure. Although there are exercise facilities, this seems to require an additional cost to enter, or my room key didnt have it authorized. The spa however is additional cost, but i could tell, it was pretty busy. The rooms were very clean and simple. Although its right next to the airport, you couldnt hear a fly on the other side of the window. Would love to stay here again especially on a stopover in the future again.

The room we had was in great condition upon check-in. Very convenient. We had a 24hr layover and we wanted to explore Tokyo for a few hours and take a quick nap since we arrived at 5am. Would stay at this hotel again for sure.

Excellent hotel. Connected to the airport, tons of shops and restaurants, plenty of amenities... Overall excellent. No complaints about untying here. Definitely would stay here again.

Stuck in Haneda overnight after my return flight to the the US got cancelled, this was a quick save, nicely apportioned standard, clean Japanese style business hotel.Clean rooms, quiet, large shower / bath and the Cloak check will hold your bags until flight time, they also have a nice indoor / outdoor onsen on the 12th floor and you can buy a discounted admission from the front desk during your stay or day of departure. There's a lawson (Convenience store) and a large two story shopping and restaurant complex ( Haneda Garden) right outside its front door, as well as all the shops and restaurants in the Haneda departure terminal. It's accessible walking from the departures and arrivals in Haneda by a small bridge indoor walkway. Nice staff, would absolutely stay here again, whether in departure or arrival to Japan to facilliate my travel.
