really got the New York feel from this place and we're from nyc so that really made us feel good. Tokyo is very overwhelming so it's nice to have a place like Kimpton to come home to after a long day. Would highly recommend.

We had an excellent stay at the Kimpton Shinjuku. The service was warm, polished, and genuinely thoughtful from the moment we arrived. The staff made everything seamless and welcoming. The rooms are modern, clean, and beautifully designed with great attention to detail. The beds were a little firm for our personal preference, but everything else about the room was comfortable and well appointed. The location is ideal. Close to the energy of Shinjuku yet peaceful at night, making it a perfect retreat after busy days exploring Tokyo. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Terrific modern hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable. We upgraded so it wasn’t too cramped for two people. Excellent bedding and towels. Staff is wonderful and very friendly. Good food.
