Amazing breakfast buffet! Small but clean rooms. Bathroom smells a bit musty and has a shower/bath. Do not use washing machines as they have mold and your clothes will come out with brown bits all over them and a horrible smell.

The hotel was old and smelly. The staffs were not nice or friendly at all and not helpful. We asked nicely for assistance the staff spoke in Japanese to each others and said they cannot help us. They don’t even want to try, like they don’t want to be bothered. I understand if they are busy but there were no other customers. Not worth the money paid. Will never book this hotel again the next time I travel to Japan.

The room is definitely small but that’s par for the course for most Tokyo hotels and we were able to make it work. For the price though, this hotel was pretty unbeatable. Clean and surprisingly quiet, amazing location too.

Exactly the hotel I was looking for. Very clean and quiet and central to the area. I do wish the had coffee in the rooms. But there was a coffee shop in the hotel. Highly recommend!

Very small room with uncomfortable bed and pillows. Not enough space to store 2 bags, empty them and move around. Great location 2 min from subway and some restaurants nearby. Short work to shinjuku. Hotel had friendly staff and house keeping came every other day but new towels daily. Wouldn’t stay again

The hotel is centrally located in Tokyo, walking distance to Shinjuku station, major shopping, and touristic attractions. Breakfast is the best. Nice coffeeshop in the premises. 7/11 with ATM right outside the building.

A little bit far from JR, but it will be a good digestive walk for your topped off stomach. Check out time is 10 AM, it would be great if it’s 1pm. But they offer free locker after check out.
