Shinagawa 2minutes New Apartment. Easy access to both Airport!

It's newly built apartment which is very clean & cozy! The interior is modern and Japanese style. There is main room & Kitchen in addition to loft room. Surrounding of the apartment has a lot of Japanese nostalgic shops even in the city, there are also 24hours convenience store, bar (Izaka-ya), restaurant. So it's very convenient area. Distance from station is within 2minutes by walk. Very good access to Shinagawa, Haneda & Narita airport. There are several parks, shrines & nice hot spring too!

The room is located at 2nd floor. It's possible to stay up to 6persons if you use bed and futon beds. It's newly built with loft room. So it's very clean. The room is modern & Japanese style.

We provide a pocket Wifi that you can use it outside the apartment while you are staying here. It's very useful because you can connect wifi everywhere in Tokyo.
There are maps and guide books, coffee, tea and green tea for you to use.　

In the kitchen, we have a microwave, kettle, and cooking equipment.The washing machine with dry function is easy to use, we have some washing powder for you to use.

In the bath room, we provide some fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hand soap.

It is in a very convenient spot, in between Shinagawa station and Haneda airport, only 2 minutes walk to the station! Also a short walk to cafes, shops, bars, convenience store, traditional area.

The apartment is modern and the room is medium size but has everything you need.

Small but Convenient

My wife is Japanese and I am American. We have lived in Japan together in the past and also made several trips to Japan over the last 13 years. I understand that “small” is a relative word depending on one’s perspective.This apartment makes great use of the limited space. My three teenagers could sleep comfortably in the loft area and my wife and I could sleep on the bed below.The apartment is very close to Shimbamba Station. There are plenty of food options and convenient stores nearby as well.One point of warning: the staircase entry to the apartment is very steep. This could be a problem for some guests, especially with heavy luggage.If our family of five were to stay for a longer period, this apartment may have felt too cramped. However, this reservation was perfect for a couple nights.

Pics lie lie lie, we all 5 people cant stay there and had to leave after we check in. Refund us now

Pictures lie lie lie, 5 of us cant stay in small room as pictures lie to me. We had to rent a hotel esle where on the same day. We email and ask for refund but nothing or anyone care. We left the same day we check in and didnt even stay more then one hour. Refund now.
