Need a better breakfast buffet!

Hotel was located in a great area of Shinjuku with many restaurants & bars. Room was clean, a bit small but clean. For such a huge property, the breakfast buffet was ok nothing to rave about but just ok!

It lacks of basic things. No microwave available for public. It’s a bit inconvenient when you’re unable to heat up a snacks. There’s also no laundry machine available on the premise.

Fantastic Stay – Spacious Room, Great View & Excellent Location This place was great! We stayed in the 3-bed suite, and it was surprisingly spacious – we had plenty of room for all our luggage and could still move around comfortably. Our room faced the street and overlooked the Shinjuku area, which gave us a nice view while also keeping things quiet since we didn’t hear the trains in the back. The bathroom was also impressively large, much bigger than what we’ve experienced at other hotels. The location was another big plus – surrounded by restaurants and shops, everything we needed was just steps away. Getting here from the airport was super easy too, thanks to the airport limousine bus. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to others!

Excellent hotel

Great location, just a few blocks from Shinjuku Station. The staff were always very helpful and friendly, and breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. Definitely would come back!

Great location right at the center of shinjuku, just minutes walk to almost everything and so convenient to the train station. We arrived early and the receptionist let us checked in early. The rooms is a little bit tiny for 2 people but otherwise comfortable . Will definitely book this hotel again if I come back .

Hotel was located near many food options and shopping centres so it was very lively and accessible. Main train station - Shinjuku is about a 10 mins walk away so can be far when moving luggage if you are using the train to get there.
