The front desk staff was very helpful. The lack English speaking TV stations was disappointing. Not that we come to watch TV, but our other hotels in Japan had an English option.

Good choice

Standard Tokyo business hotel with tiny rooms. Very close to Kayabacho metro station, Exit 3. The buffet breakfast is very good, with lots of choices. If breakfast is not included with your rate, you can buy it for only 1200 yen.

Nice very cordial staff who speak English. Hotel is in a nice location. Only down is the Room size but if you are alone, it is kind of a cute and compact room with everything you may need. What i liked most is the Free open buffet breakfast. Lots of options to eat in the morning, whether is is Western food or Oriental. Liked also the fact that Towels were being handed to me everyday in a bag hanging on my door. A useful thing would have been an actual working and efficient AC in the room for when it gets really hot. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

Conveniently located- near train station and dining. My husband and I could only book a smoking room--but our room surprisingly did not smell like smoke. It still smelled fresh. The only place we smelled smoke was when we got off elevator on our floor. The room was clean and we liked that there was kettle and fridge in the room . The staff were exceptionally very friendly and helpful. We liked that we could help ourselves to some toiletries we needed during our stay. We also enjoyed the teas we can make in our room. The staff were very helpful in arranging our luggage transfer to another hotel. Overall, we would stay here again and highly recommend to others.
