Great location if you want to be near shinjuku and 2 subway lines. About 8 min walk to main area. Staff was able to store my bags before check in. No elevator so you need to carry your luggage to the 2nd or 3rd floor depending where you are staying. My shared capsule room was very quiet at night. Showers and bathrooms were good. There was AC in the room, but not directly in your capsules I’d recommend a small fan. Capsule bed is small and I didn’t have a good sleep, so if you want a really good sleep I’m not sure this is the place. I only stayed for 1 night so it was fine. If you want a more social, affordable option this was good, but keep in mind it’s a capsule bed.

I really can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Location is fantastic, right next to the train station . The shopping is out of this world! The staff are so nice . The place is immaculately clean. The showers in the seated position are def unusual to a westerner but you soon get used to it . They offer lots of free sinks and snacks and food so you will save money on those things . The only thing I would say needs improving in the AC, it was a bit warmer that I would have liked in the sleeping area but you have a fan in your capsule

The staff is very welcoming towards foreigners, while they can’t fully understand English, but they understand simple phrases to help accommodate you. I hold the Hotel management responsible for the amount of garbage that accumulates in the dorm floors… the garbage cans are too small and too few for the amount of people that are housed. Trash piles up and overflows onto the floors. Most disgusting were the feminine hygiene pads that were on the floor. DO NOT BLAME HOUSEKEEPING……the rooms and facilities were clean when I checked in. However as the dorm floor filled up with women, it was not possible for all of us to keep the place tidy because there was no place to throw basic garbage! Management DO YOUR JOB!

It was my first time staying at this hotel and I will say, I really enjoyed it! The hotel staff was very friendly and kept the place clean. The dorms were also separated by genders, too, which was a plus for me. I will say it's a bit on the small size, since it's a capsule hotel, so I'd recommend it for solo travelers or if you're traveling with one other person. But, I will definitely book here again, on my next trip!
