Pleasant stay

Good size of room compare to other hotels in Tokyo. Breakfast is fantastic. convenient location for K lines of trains. Also provides airport shutter to the airport in the morning. will book again in next trip.

I stayed there to go to Haneda the next day. The room was surprisingly specious for the price, and the shuttle bus to the airport was super convenient. However, I should thumb down the cleanliness, as the bath was so old and I saw quite a bit if dust under the bed when I picked up something. We left our extra large suitcase and 2 bags with my husband and a kid on the stroller before the check in and I went back to the hotel without my husband first. The front desk stuff gave me the suitcase and 2 bags while I was pushing a stroller by myself. How was I supposed to bring them all...?! He wasn't even willing to help me pushing the suitcase to the elevator which was just few steps away. And there was nobody waiting behind of me. I know it's not a 5 star hotel, but it's just not nice to be treated like that.

The first time when we checked in the room given was very modern and appealing. However a week later when we checked in again the room assigned was on the 9th floor and to our surprise it didn’t feel as it the same hotel as before. The room was very small with old furniture, bathroom was very old fashioned even the paint on the walls looked ages old. So shocked to see the difference between the floors and the rooms in the same hotel.

They provide pajama, skin care so you don’t have to pack your own. It’s 6 minutes away from the omori station. Feedback: My friend ordered a ninja wifi and mail it to the hotel, hotel returned the wifi, they said my friend is not registered, yet they asked for her passport and credit card when we check in. Ninja WiFi charged her for the full amount and won’t get a refund, they said it’s our fault for not showing up at the Hotel. Spoke to the front desk and they said only the main person is registered and not the other people that staying with me. I don’t get it, why did they scanned everyone’s passport if they won’t registered other people.

Area is walkable to a train station, which you will need to get to the airport because their advertised shuttle barely fits anyone. Their air conditioning isn’t controlled room to room they control it in the front and every night was so hot. They are picky about keys and apparently tell some people they can only have one, I was able to haggle for two keys. Inside of the room is very run down and our bathroom had no ventilation, there is also no window you can open in the rooms.

My siblings stayed here for 2 nights. The room and Japanese style beds were spacious. It just does not have a microwave in the room. We had a free shuttle bus to the airport which will generally save you 10000 Yen approximately $80. Train system .3 miles.

This was our least favorite hotel that we stayed at on our Japan trip. Good price point, however, very outdated, dark, not very clean. Very inconvenient location- not many restaurants or night life options around. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful with keeping our luggage safe after we had checked out of the hotel. Limited shuttle times to airport. We ended up needing to take a taxi for an additional fee as our timeline did not align with the shuttle times. Would not consider staying at this hotel again if we were to visit again.
