The room had everything we needed and was conveniently located. Perfect for day trips. We stayed here for 11 days and used it as our home base. The Omori station is a 5 minute walk, which made it perfect for travelling about! We slept 3 people in the room, tight but doable. Gave it a 3 as it was dated and cleaning service was not daily, unless you paid.

We had stayed in another hotel in the same hotel chain previously, Hotel Mystays Premier Hamamatsucho so we knew this hotel would also be good. We had the very roomy Comfort 2 beds room again (1 king and 1 sofa bed), 28m2. Breakfast had a variety of dishes to choose from. It even had homemade tofu! My favourite item was in the dessert section, the Sticky rice red bean paste item. So yummy! Apart from the standard drinks, it even had apple cider vinegar and kale juice! No other hotel we stayed in had the sticky rice item and kale juice!

Communication was extremely difficult due to language barriers. When I asked staff questions, they would answer with completely unrelated information. We had to use translation tools multiple times before we could understand each other but that’s expected when it’s a different country. Not the best for non-Japanese. The cleanliness was unacceptable. I found hair throughout my stay, and there was a piece of trash on the floor next to the guest side of the bed that was never cleaned up during my entire trip.

We only stayed one short night before a flight so didn't experience all of the hotel's offerings. Our room for 5 people was super spacious and clean (one small double bed each). It was well stocked with amenities and pyjamas (first for us but didn't fit us large adults). Close to train station and many konbinis with a Lawson directly across the road. Loved the shuttle bus which starts at 5.50am every 1.5 hours and goes to all terminals. (Website not correct).

The exterior of the hotel looks great but the room is still ok. Interior design is a bit old especially the toilet. However room is still relatively clean. Price is reasonable and location is not too far from the omori jr station. There are several shopping centers around and many convenience shops nearby. The playground near the hotel has beautiful gingko trees! Great for Autumn time.
