This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel as it is very convenient for when flying in/out of Haneda. It's comfortable size room as I chose the 3 beds for me and my tween daughters to stay. Here in the month of June and a/c kept room nice and cool. I didn't have the breakfast buffet on this trip but I do recall from last trip that it is good with lots of options for everyone. This time, since we're not that big into breakfast, we opted for just something for takeout. Lawson is across the street and it's a short walk to the Omori station which is surrounded with many shops, small restaurant and coffee shops.

This hotel was very convenient because it was near the train station. The staff was very friendly and the provide luggage services if your traveling to another area/hotel. However, the only negative aspect you should consider if you are staying in a Twin-bed room. Our first room, the AC wasn't working and we requested another room and the staff was very helpful. Except the second room didn't have a functional Ac was well and we just had to accept it at that point. So if you're traveling in the summer time, please advice and see if it works.
