We had an amazing stay! The hotel room was very clean and spacious and my children loved all aspects of the hotel. It was within walking distance to the main attractions we wanted to explore and there were also ample dining options close to the hotel.

The water pressure in the shower sucked and the sound of the toilet was SO loud it would wake my partner up in the night when flushed. But nothing worth not going back over. Other than that, it was amazing. Will definitely stay there again.

Found my room side of the hotel had train track and trains running at an hours. Made it very uncomfortable to rest. I’m a disabled veteran so I also needed help often from staff but none to be found. Very noisy in the hallways with children. Annoying!

Room was in poor condition, and not as advertised on Hotels.com web-site. Ceiling had water damage, no carpeting, no wallpaper. Not a Marriott level hotel. The robe had used shower cap in the pocket. Paid for a room on concierge level, with breakfast buffet & afternoon drinks. My room was on the concierge level, but no concierge lounge. Very, very disappointing for the amount of money I paid
