I was assigned to a room on the 2nd floor, I have to park my car Infront of a unit already occupied by a couple of guests, I was told to go around a unit at the side of the units and climb 2 sets of steps to access to my room. Went back to the reception to request for another room because I can't go upstairs because of back and knees problems, and I might injure myself even more but the staff told me that there are no more rooms available, so I requested if I can get a refund instead but was told that I have to claim it from you.... they only gave me a copy of receipt of my payment, very disappointed. I wonder if you can help me with my dilemma, I'm 74 yrs old and I am not used to this hassle, Please help me for the refund. Thanks.

Hello,As discussed on check in the staff member refunded back the money to expedia and that all you had to do was contact them to organise your refund by them. We unfortunately had no ground level rooms to give you that is why a refund was not challenged by our staff

I was book in on 14/02/2024 when I arrived note on office door to go to gaming room went to gaming room I was told i can not get into my room until 2pm this was 7mins to go till 2pm. five mins past two manger came out and said give me two mins to get the computer up and running in between she had to go and fix a poke machine I got into my room it was 2.30pm what happened to 2pm??

This property was way better than expected. I had my own lock up garage, the room was lovely and clean and definitely spacious. I enjoyed my meal at the pub. Would definitely stay there again.
