Beautiful, quiet villas with top service

Pros: The rooms, the shower, the service, the breakfast, services like massages and a great room service menu. They set us up with a great day trip driver.
Location: Ubud - markets, temples, tours, monkey forest
Our stay at Bebek Tepi Sawa was amazing. A fantastic base from which to visit the must see Bali destination of Ubud and also a great space to hang out and relax for those rest days you need to have more of. Transfers, day tours, massages, great breakfasts and room service - it was a great destination for a couple looking to experience Bali. The romantic dinner was lovely. The staff were amazing at all times and we thoroughly recommend!

secluded yet close to shops

Pros: Friendly staff.
Cons: Bathroom dated but functional.
Location: So many great restaurants & a good small supermarket close by.
Lovely ground floor unit. Big room, king bed & netting all around. No trouble with walking to market & meals. Plunge pool a big plus, used it heaps.

your just a number

We were really looking forward to this hotel and as soon as we arrived our excitement soon disappeared. The girl at the desk couldn't understand us, only thing she could say was credit card credit card, I'd already paid but the wanted to take a hold for the room , the only hotel of the 3 we stayed at in Bali that asked this. Room had no internet rang desk girl said she would look at it no call back, went to have a shower no hot water literally no water at all, called desk again girl said would call back no call back, then there was a function concert thing with loud music which echoed through the villa. Went to the desk and asked what was going on received blank look from girl spoke to Agustiana this guy was more than helpful told us there was an issue with the Internet and moved us to another room with hot water and Internet which we appreciated. The bed however was 2 singles pushed together not comfortable for a 4 night stay. Then during our stay every time we spoke to the girl at the desk we had issues. However some positives, shuttle service is handy and driver friendly you will need this as they are quite a way out of the Ubud centre, breakfast was nice, apart from Agustiana none of the staff make you feel welcome or anything. If it wasn't for Agustiana I would have checked out on the first night if you stay here liase with him he is fantastic to everyone else your just a number. Was really disappointed as we had thought this would be the best hotel of our trip.

Pros: Big rooms (ask for 1st floor) nice outlook
Cons: Not near to Ubud. Staff dont like complaints. Restaurant is an service attitude disaster disaster
Location: Too isolated
Facilities: Modest; Value: Over-priced; Service: Awful; Cleanliness: Clean; The handyman has the master key to room safes!

Pros: Clean room and provide good size of room / space.
Cons: Location a bit further from the centre however private/shuttle bus service is excellent
Facilities: State of the art; Service: Outstanding; Cleanliness: Immaculate; Tepi Sawah Restaurant is the best for bebek bengil. Will definitely be back

Pros: Campurhan villa - The villa was spacious with an outdoor shower and bath. There was an outdoor as well as an indoor king size bed.
Cons: Limited menu and range of cocktails. None of the food or drinks were remarkable.
Location: Away from it all
Facilities: Outstanding; Value: Fantastic; Service: Outstanding; Cleanliness: Immaculate; Free shutlle in and out of town.

Pros: Stunning Villa set amongst the rice paddies
Cons: Bit too far from town centre, but free shuttle bus helped
Location: Accessible, Reasonable access, Near transport, About 2km from UBUD
