It was a perfect place to land each day after day trips. The service was excellent, and the room was very comfortable. Their restaurant is excellent.

The hotel is in a great part of town, very nice and clean, and the staff is very nice. However, the administrative fees are a total rip off. I was charged extra for a “double guest fee” when I was traveling alone. They didn’t even respond when I tried to correct the charge so I had to open a dispute through my credit card company. Other than that it’s a nice place to stay.

We booked this hotel because it was very convenient to the cruise port but we ended up enjoying it for other reasons as well. Having a restaurant/bar on property was very nice and we felt very safe at the property. Our only complaint was that the room was setup very strange, lots of hallways and once the bed in the living room was setup you couldn't move around it.
