I am not happy that the $150 deposit is not released right after check out. All of the water bottles should be complimentary, not just two. There is no help to bring the luggages to the room.

Read the fine print. This place still requires a $100 credit card hold or $500 DEBIT cash hold! Be careful not to use the kitchen that is there in the room because they charge $25 PER DAY per use. They also charge you $10 per towel (doesn’t matter the size) if your a woman and wash your face and leave a little makeup (not lipstick) you’ll be charged PER TOWEL $10 because even if it washes off they claim they won’t be able to use it. We were called and offered room cleaning they never showed up. It’s a whole different name at the top of the building but it’s called Divya now maybe because of the awful reviews. Location was good but place was a bit outdated and they charge for everything. Ohh and if you to wash it’s $5 for soap, $5 for washer and $5 for dryer, not worth it. Just my opinion

I would not have written a poor review even after sering how run down the place was (& street noise & kitchenette with no dishes) BUT then they kept part of my deposit because of small amount of dirt on the sheet!! Do they not wash all sheets? I was very disappointed with this property.

Other than the location, everything was bad. Service was very poor (across 3 diff front desk staff), they win points for consistency I suppose. The walls are extremely thin, how is it possible that the noises from other rooms (toilet, TV, talking, hallway cleaning staff) actually get amplified? Got woken up multiple times thru the evening bc of noises. Not recommended for families bc your kids will wake up. Don’t even get me started on the service quality. $35/day parki g

Staff was very helpful (helped me carry my bags to the car) and were in good spirits in spite of the renovations going on. Hotel is solid for the price if you just need somewhere to stay downtown.
