The room was nice and had what I needed. The pool and hot tub are outside, which is unfortunate for weather, however the pool is heated and that was nice. Staff were friendly. It’s a bit pricey for what you get but overall a good stay.

The floor in our suite was dirty. We cannot even stand to walk barefooted. The kettle was dirty too. It was okay overall.

The check in was difficult. I almost left to stay elsewhere but the manager agteed to use my debit card, and a two hundred dollar deposit, in place of a credit card. I don't have a credit card. I am very against their ridiculous charges and fees. Even the prepaid cards charge you for the privilege of using their card to store your money. After securing a two hundred dollar deposit I was not even offered help getting my bags upstairs despite having informed them of an injury that made using my right arm very difficult. I finally got my bags into the room after fighting with the luggage cart and the door to my room. The walls need a fresh coat of paint due to several scuffs and gouges. The temperature control was hidden behind the full length curtain on the only window. Dinner was very good, the waitresses were exceptional! I had the impression that they both had worked in high end establishments as I was made to feel that they truly cared for my comfort and time. Check out was fast and simple. Parking fees were taken from my deposit as expected. Once again no help with the luggage cart. I would give this hotel an eight out of ten, mostly for the dining room staff and the front desk lady who checked me out.

Would be an okay hotel if the guests behaved.

During our stay there was a hockey team of young boys (ages 9-11ish), we went to the pool & hot tub when we first arrived and it was a gong show (which was fine- they’re kids and having fun- we were once those kids) however, when we got into the hot tub the kids were dumping buckets of cold water from the pool onto their teammates sitting beside us so it cut our time at the pool very short. As the night progressed the kids thought it would be fun to play around the hotel. They played Nicky-nicky nine doors on our hotel rooms, they barricaded themselves in the elevator while playing what appeared to be some variation of the game “tag” which hindered us from using the elevator. When we tried to use the staircase they were also blocking that. They had thrown garbage all over the stairwell, the elevator, and the lobby floor and no one was doing anything to stop them (this went on super late). I had to call the front desk to ask them to ask the kids not to block the elevators and stairwells as this is a safety concern, and was frankly quite annoying. The hotel room we had was nice & big, the bed was comfortable, and the jacuzzi tub served as a second “hot tub” option which was beneficial. The disturbances of other guests was the root cause of making our stay less than desirable, which would have been made better if hotel employees took action on their own.
