After 30 years of being devoted and loyal Fairmont clients, we had a bad experience of being double-charged for our stay and taking over six calls to resolve our issue without a callback or promises of an email confirmation to rectify the issue. It's unfortunate that with one really poor experience, we won't be staying again. It's a real shame, as the Fairmont is such an iconic Canadian institution.
