The Lonsdale Quay provides a pleasant stay with wonderful staff, including especially the front desk, the restaurant, and the housekeeping staff. It is conveniently located close to many restaurants, in an area that is appealing for its views and proximity to transportation. The only challenge is the not-too-wonderful wifi connections.

My husband could not park in your underground parking because of height restrictions; this should have been mentioned beforehand. I paid extra for the balcony, and it was disappointing. It needs to be power-washed, and the weeds need to be pulled out of the planter. There should be nothing or plant ornamental grasses or something that looks good year-round.

The location above the Quay market was terrific. Also the proximity to the Seabus terminal was convenient. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious. The staff were very friendly. I would stay there again.

Supposed to be partial water view. False. Pictures of rooms showed an updated room. We specifically selected that room but instead got a different outdated room. When we entered room heat was blasting and it was about 95 degrees F. We now have to have opened windows. TV was also on. This all demonstrates poor staff attention.
