Love staying at Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier! It’s close to all amenities, and the sea-bus. My room was quiet and very clean and the harbour view is beautiful! The staff is the best ! very polite, and helpful. I always enjoyed my stay here .

We were greeted with a friendly smile when we checked in. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The shower is amazing. When we stay in Lower Lonsdale, this is our go to place. Across the street there is a family ice skating rink and from now until Christmas, there is a wonderful Christmas Market happening. There are also several restaurants in the area. Overall, it’s in a great location for dining, shopping and approximately a 5 to 10 minute walk to the SeaBus.

We had a fabulous stay at The Pinnacle on the Pier for a week whilst celebrating my husbands 50th birthday where we recieved a unexpected upgrade after a passport check, the service for a amazing from the start, no unexpected charges where some reviews have stated, just a full refunded security deposit of $50 per day per room. Lovely spacious room, with a view of the water and Vancouver skyline, probably the best we've ever slept, such a comfortable bed. The location was excellent with walkable access to the water taxi to downtown taking only 12 minutes to cross, a extremely regular service. We generally ate out and about on our travels but we did enjoy one evening meal during our stay and it was amazing, and at a great price. Would definitely use this hotel again, I have no negatives.
