The staff is great. The vida spa was amazing. Sandi and surrey were fantastic! Felt so rejuvenated after. The room was neat and clean. Our bag handler was so attentive and checked if our bags got delivered. They did not, so he came back shortly after with our bags. Follow up we totally appreciated.
