The penthouse suite is worth it if you want more space and privacy. Friendly and responsive staff plus they offer free apples and fresh water! The pool was busy a tad bit on the cold side but the hot tub made up for it. The location is tucked away and yet close to major attractions. We would stay here again.

Really great hotel with amazing staff! Everyone is very kind and helpful, from the front desk to maintenance (yes... I messed up with the safe, and it was resolved so smoothly in less than 5 minutes after calling front desk). Room service for breakfast is fast, good, and reasonably priced. The room was very well-maintained, spacious, and had everything I needed (I stayed in a room with a kitchen). The location is amazing - I did most of my trip on foot, and there are plenty of Modo car-sharing vehicles within a five-minute walk from the property. I will definitely return!

Front desk staff less than good this time around. Have had good experiences in past stays but the checkout wasn’t up to par in my opinion. I should note that checkin was good. Beyond that, the rest of the stay was great. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable, parking is easy and convenient especially for my Tesla.

Great hotel close to the Wharf. The halls are fairly narrow and you could hear the doors across from you slamming shut which was a bit annoying. Great staff at the front desk and on the floor. Manager was very nice and welcoming. Easy, reasonably priced overnight parking. Nice rooms. Would stay here again.

Terrible check in parking. No spots available in a tight turnaround parking atea iff a busy street. Had to circle the block 3 times before a spot opened. Zero space on nearby streets to park. Upon check in was told mai lot is full. Instructed to take car to another lot up the street. That lot was full when we got there. Very dicey if you bring a car
