Hi Linda,You did not stay at our motel. You rang us at 4 pm on check-in day and demanded to cancel your booking. We asked you to follow the cancellation policy and contact the booking site for any further clarifications. You again rang us at 11-15pm and demanded refund. You did not show any courtesy or respect, did not listen to us; Not to contact us close to mid-night as it was not urgent. Our reception hours are 9am to 10pm which is displayed online, we requested you to let us sleep on that night as we were sound asleep. We are very disappointed with your attitude as you were not able to follow the general protocol, not to disturb us at very late night. You wrote us an email using threatening language and posted this review. We have everything on record with us.Dig (Wangaratta Motor Inn)

Given the age of the property, it was reasonably clean and tidy. Room was a bit musty at first but after having the aircon operating for a while it was ok. Lack of soap and shampoo and conditioner didn't impress.

Hi Phil,Thank you for your stay and feedback. You would agree that rooms get a little warm in summer and requires air-conditioner (for freshness) which is available for our guests in all the rooms on arrival. All our rooms have 500ml of Liquid antibacterial hand-soap near the basin for the hand-wash and 1000ml of Shampoo+ Conditioner+ Body-wash (special formula supplied by our motel supplier). We assume that this is sufficient for our guests to use during their stay and not many motels would provide these much in quantity! I am not sure why you wrote lack of soap, shampoo and conditioner. All our rooms + reception and online show information that we are approachable 24-hours if you have any issues during your stay. However, you did not ask for anything and wrote online. We suggest you to contact the host for any confusion during your stay.
