No amenities in rooms such as toothbrush, toothpaste etc

Pillows are not great and there is a lot of noise in the hallway throughout the night and early morning. When we checked in we mentioned that we needed the shuttle bus for a Qantas 7.30 am flight but the one who checked us in never said we needed to book for that service. He merely advised it runs every 15 mins just come down. But we were very glad the next morning the two staff at the reception sorted us out. It is very much appreciated they made all the difference as well as the driver of the first service that assisted.

The room was very clean and spacious, comfy bed, hotel itself was fantastic awesome indoor pool/spa/sauna etc and very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend will definitely book again when flying next or in Tullamarine area(s)
