The property was perfect for what we needed. Close to everything. Staff was do accommidating. I mostly interacted with the night staff but they were awesome. O had a fall during my trip and Andre provided me with bandaids and neosporin and sewing kit. Would definitely stay again.

Great staff, very clean

The service was excellent. Both front desk staff we interacted with were incredibly kind and welcoming. The hotel and our room were very clean. It is an older hotel, so the shower area could use some upgrading, but while old, it was clean and that’s what was most important to us. The breakfast offered was great, lots of choices. We would stay again.

I would definitely recommend and stay at this hotel again. The front desk staff was wonderful. She gave us great tips for dinner, local events and area suggestions . The breakfast was good. The room was quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool. The overall location of the hotel was close to Colonial Williamsburg and modern conveniences.

The room? Comfortable! The breakfast? Hot and it ran late enough that you could actually (get this) sleep in! The real highlight though was the staff. Everyone, especially Judie seemed like they wanted to make sure every aspect of our trip was a success. If I ever return to Williamsburg and I am really sure I will, I will be retuning to this location.
