Next time, I’ll be staying at another one of the official Williamsburg hotels. I was genuinely looking forward to this stay, but the experience fell short. The location is good, and the price was fair, but that’s where the positives ended. The hotel is worn and outdated. The mattresses were worn out, some hallway lights didn’t work or flickered, and even simple features—like sleep timers on the TVs—were missing the clock was not set and 1 roll of toilet paper was in the room. The common areas were also uncomfortably warm. Staff blamed the heat, but based on other reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue. The biggest problem was the noise. From 11 PM until after 3 AM, there were people running through the halls, loud music from nearby rooms, and constant door slamming. I called the front desk around 1:30 AM to ask for help. I was told, “The hotel is at capacity,” as if that excused the lack of action. Nothing changed, and I barely slept. I understand guests want to enjoy themselves, but not at the expense of others. A good night’s rest should be a basic part of any hotel stay. If you’re considering staying in the area, do yourself a favor and choose one of the other official hotels. If it’s available, the Williamsburg Inn—though more expensive—is a far superior experience and well worth the upgrade I wont I won't make the mistake of not staying there again.

Very nice property with mini golf, swimming pool, ping pong, corn hole, and weight room. I didn't like the resort fee of $20.00 per day. That was a surprise when i checked out. Also buildings on property that are very unkept and run down. Trees growing out of spouting and roof. Definitely an eyesore. Also, only continental breakfast, not hot food.
