Two separate entrances on the lower level, each connected to a bedroom and bathroom, with stairs to the main house upstairs. Ont he second floor, the open-living area is warm and welcoming, with ocean views that encourage you to settle in with a good book or a pair of binoculars. Keep an eye out for birds, deer, and other local wildlife as they make their way through this peaceful coastal setting. This home has contemporary vibes, lovely art and bespoke tile, with an airy and open wooden beamed ceiling.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, and the adjacent ocean-facing deck features a grill for enjoying outdoor dining surrounded by fresh coastal air. The large dining room table gives you space to gather with family and friend and to make lasting memories.

The two ground-floor bedroom suites each feature a luxurious king bed, a large bay window seat to curl up with a favorite book, sip your morning coffee, or simply enjoy the quiet beauty of the surrounding forest, and a lovely modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The upstairs queen bedroom includes a private ensuite bathroom with beautiful custom tilework and a luxurious Toto washlet toilet, adding a touch of spa-like comfort to your stay.

Renting the entire property can accommodate up to 38 people and is perfect for weddings and celebrations, group retreats, or a family/friends reunion! This home does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 3-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation.
